The explosion-proof vacuum pressure switch is suitable for the environment

The applicable environments of explosion-proof vacuum pressure switches mainly include the following categories:

Explosion area: The explosion-proof vacuum pressure switch meets standards such as UL, CSA, and ATEX, and can be used to protect the safety of equipment and personnel in explosion areas. These areas may contain flammable and explosive gases or vapors, so the switches are required to have explosion-proof performance to prevent explosions caused by electric sparks or high temperatures.

In highly corrosive gas environments: Explosion-proof vacuum pressure switches can also play a protective role in environments containing highly corrosive gases. Its casing and internal components are usually made of corrosion-resistant materials, which can resist the erosion of corrosive gases and ensure the long-term stable operation of the switch.

Industrial process environment: Explosion-proof vacuum pressure switches can be widely applied in various industrial processes, such as chemical engineering, petrochemicals, oil refining, oil fields, drilling platforms, oil pipelines and pharmaceuticals, etc. In these environments, there are usually harsh conditions such as high temperature, high pressure and strong vibration, which require switches to have a high degree of reliability and stability.

Specific temperature range environment: Explosion-proof pressure switches are best installed in dry and well-ventilated indoor areas. The most suitable temperature range is between -20℃ and 60℃. If it is necessary to be in a high-temperature or low-temperature environment, ventilation and cooling measures or insulation measures must be taken.

Specific humidity range environment: Generally, the relative humidity is required to be between 5% and 95%.

Avoid environments with strong electromagnetic interference: It is advisable to stay away from strong electrical equipment, high-frequency equipment and other devices with strong electromagnetic interference, such as large motors and transformers. These devices carry strong direct current magnetic fields and radiation, which may interfere with the normal operation of explosion-proof pressure switches. If it must be installed in this environment, signal shielded wires must be used for signal transmission, and the power line must not be placed parallel to the signal cable.

Avoid strong vibration environments: Explosion-proof pressure switches should also avoid being installed on pipelines with strong vibration, otherwise the result values are prone to errors. If installation is necessary, it is best to add a fixing device, such as an anti-vibration pad, which can enhance the anti-vibration effect.
