The vibration frequency tolerance of the vacuum pressure switch

The vibration frequency tolerance capacity of vacuum pressure switches is closely related to their internal structure design and material properties. In a vibrating environment, the mechanical components inside a vacuum pressure switch, such as microswitches, springs, diaphragms or bellows, may become loose, deformed or broken due to long-term repeated shaking, thereby affecting its normal operation.

Generally speaking, when vacuum pressure switches are designed, a certain range of vibration frequency tolerance is taken into consideration. For instance, some products may be able to operate normally in an environment with a vibration frequency ranging from 10 to 50Hz and an amplitude not exceeding 0.5mm. However, the specific vibration frequency tolerance capacity may vary depending on factors such as product model, manufacturing process and material selection.

If the vacuum pressure switch needs to be used in a vibrating environment, products with good anti-shock and shock-resistant designs should be given priority. Some manufacturers will adopt special shock-absorbing structures in product design, such as adding rubber pads, dampers and other shock-absorbing materials between the casing and internal components, or reinforcing key components to reduce the impact of vibration on the switch.
