Accuracy grade standards for vacuum pressure switches

The accuracy grade standards of vacuum pressure switches are usually determined based on their application scenarios and requirements. Common accuracy grades include 0.5 grade, 1.0 grade, 1.5 grade, 2.0 grade, 2.5 grade and 4.0 grade. In power generation enterprises, the main system usually adopts vacuum pressure switches with a precision of 1.0 grade, while the auxiliary system may use switches with a precision of 1.5 grade to meet different reliability requirements.

Accuracy grade is one of the most fundamental indicators for judging the accuracy of vacuum pressure switches. For instance, if the accuracy grade of a vacuum pressure switch is 1%, the error range between its output value and the actual value is ±1% of the actual value. This means that under the set pressure, the deviation between the action value of the switch and the actual pressure value will not exceed 1% of the set value.

In addition to the accuracy grade, the performance of vacuum pressure switches is also affected by other factors, such as repeatability error, pressure control range and handover error, etc. Repeatability error refers to the degree of difference in the results obtained from multiple measurements under the same working conditions. The pressure control range refers to the pressure range that the switch can accurately measure. The switching difference refers to the pressure difference between the operation and reset of the switch, which determines the sensitivity and stability of the switch.
