The overload protection principle of vacuum pressure switches is mainly based on the monitoring of system pressure and the automatic disconnection of circuits to prevent equipment from being damaged due to excessive pressure. The core lies in achieving safety protection through pressure sensing and circuit control, as follows:

1.Pressure sensing and comparative judgment

Pressure sensing: The vacuum pressure switch is equipped with a high-precision pressure sensor, which can monitor the vacuum pressure within the system in real time. When the system pressure changes, the sensor will sense this change and convert it into an electrical signal.

Comparison and judgment: The switch is equipped with a preset pressure threshold inside. When the pressure value detected by the sensor exceeds this threshold, the switch will make a comparison and judgment to confirm whether the overload condition has been met.

2. Circuit disconnection and protection

Circuit disconnection: Once it is confirmed that the system pressure has exceeded the overload threshold, the vacuum pressure switch will immediately cut off the circuit to prevent the equipment from continuing to operate. This kind of cutting action is usually achieved by controlling the connection or disconnection of the contacts.

Protecting equipment: By cutting off the circuit, the vacuum pressure switch can prevent equipment from being damaged due to excessive pressure, such as avoiding the motor from burning out due to overload or preventing the pipeline from bursting due to excessive pressure.

3. Reset mechanism

Automatic reset: When the system pressure drops to the safe range, the vacuum pressure switch will automatically reset and reconnect the circuit to restore the normal operation of the equipment. This reset mechanism ensures that the equipment can automatically resume operation after the pressure returns to normal.

Manual reset: In some cases, vacuum pressure switches may also be equipped with a manual reset function. When manual intervention is required, the operator can reconnect the circuit by pressing the reset button or other means.

4. Characteristics of overload protection

High precision: The vacuum pressure switch adopts high-precision sensors, which can accurately sense pressure changes and ensure the accuracy of overload protection.

Fast response: The switch has a fast response capability and can immediately cut off the circuit when the pressure exceeds the threshold, preventing equipment damage.

Good stability: Through reasonable mechanical structure and circuit design, vacuum pressure switches can maintain stable performance under various working conditions.
