The structural features of the micro vacuum pressure switch can be introduced from aspects such as the sensing pressure element, electrical connection, protection design, setting and display:
Sensing pressure components: Diaphragms, bellows, pistons, etc. are usually adopted as sensing pressure components. When the pressure increases, these components will deform. Through mechanical structures such as the railing spring, the microswitch at the top is eventually activated to output an electrical signal. The selection of different components will affect the measurement accuracy, response speed and application range of the switch.
Electrical connection: It has a specific electrical connection method. For instance, electrical connections may employ soldering pins, whose diameters and spacings are clearly defined, facilitating connections with circuit boards and the like. The electrical indicators of some products are 20mA, 125/250V~ [cULus], suitable for the corresponding electrical systems.
Protective design
Shell material: The shell is mostly made of materials such as polycarbonate. This material has certain strength and protective performance, which can protect the internal components from the influence of the external environment.
Waterproof design: The negative pressure interface and contact points achieve mutual isolation of gas and electricity, featuring waterproof performance. This can effectively prevent moisture and debris from the air pipe from flowing into the switch interior, thereby extending its service life.
Setting and Display: Some products have a pressure adjustment screw located in the central part above the main body. Tightening the screw clockwise will reduce the vacuum degree of the switch. Loosen the screw counterclockwise to increase the vacuum degree of the switch, making it convenient for users to set the pressure according to their actual needs.
