The shock resistance capacity of vacuum pressure switches is usually measured by the shock resistance test standard. For example, some vacuum pressure switches can still reproduce the set point after a 10-millisecond, 15G impact test, which indicates that they have a certain anti-impact ability and can maintain stable performance under a certain degree of mechanical impact.
In practical applications, a vibrating environment may cause poor contact of the mechanical contacts of the vacuum pressure switch, leading to misoperation. Switches with strong shock resistance can, to a certain extent, resist this influence and reduce the risk of misoperation caused by vibration or shock. In addition, the impact resistance capacity is also related to factors such as the internal structure design and material selection of the switch. Some switches adopt special shock-absorbing structures or reinforcement designs, which can enhance their impact resistance.
